1. Choose Your Struggle in Motherhood
We all have struggles, let's admit it, no mum is perfect. I know I am not. But after years seeking out the nest experts and taking lots of motheropod courses, I have created a Resource Center of information I wish I had during my experience with my first child.

There is no one size fits all, especially when it comes to motherhood. Your body, your experience during pregnancy, birthing your child, and raising them is different. Actually, the experience is different for every child( I know, I have 3)
But. these tips works for us all. At whatever stage of postpartum you are in, start there, and get better

The Ayurvedic principles I share are meant to return the mother to her original state before pregnancy or even better. The Neurolinguistic Programming, Human Design and Life Mapping are meant to redesign your mind, body and soul.
By consistently implementing these you will see an improvement, but you have to be consistent.

Mini-Course

Group Coaching
